About this RFP

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City to submit non-binding proposals for the provision of engineering, design, procurement, construction management, equipment replacement, system upgrades, testing, commissioning, and training services associated with the Fuel Site Redevelopment Project (the “Deliverables”) as set out in this section of the RFP. The selected Proponent will be requested to enter into negotiations for an agreement with the City for the provision of the Deliverables.
