25-335 - Consulting Engineering Services for AIWWTP Stage 5 Optimization Remediation

The Corporation seeks design and construction solutions to remedy miscellaneous items associated with the completed Annacis Island Wastewater Treatment Plant (AIWWTP) Stage 5 Expansion Phase 1, and Phase 2 Early Works projects. The work includes the provision of professional consulting engineering services for the Engineering Services for the Lulu Island Wastewater Treatment Plant (LIWWTP) Gravity Thickener Redundancy Project.Sub-Project 1: Groundwater Ingress Structural Investigation and Repairs - Secondary Clarifier Service Areas 7, 8, and 9 basements and Primary Electrical Building electrical tunnel. Remediation of Secondary Clarifier Service Areas 7, 8, and 9 basement walls to prevent groundwater ingress.Remediation of Primary Electrical Building electrical tunnel to prevent groundwater ingress. Sub-Project 2: Influent Control Chambers and Bar Screen 1 – 4 channels concrete lining repairs and Baffle No 2 installation.Assessment and Implementation of repairs for Influent Control Chambers and Bar Screen 1 – 4 channels concrete thermoplastic liner. Installation of Baffle No. 2 at Bar Screen No. 2 Influent Channel entrance. Sub-Project 3: Primary Odour Control Related WorksAssessment, design and implementation of a solution to prevent debris from the screenings compactor system entering primary odour control stream for the Influent Pump Station grit and screenings and truck bay.Testing and Commissioning of primary odour control stream for the Influent Pump Station grit and screenings and truck bay.
