About this RFP

The Town of Fort Frances is seeking a qualified contractor to construct an addition to the Public Works Garage at 900 Wright Avenue North in Fort Frances, Ontario.The addition will be a 50ft by 60ft pre-engineered steel building.The building shell will be procured by the Town.The contractor will be responsible for all other associated works, including but not limited to:Foundation preparation and constructionErection of the steel buildingInstallation of plumbing, mechanical and electrical componentsAll building finishes not limited to doors, cladding, roofing, insulation, etc.A provisional scope item to replace the remainder of the Public Works Garage and Office roof from rolled roofing to matching standing metal seam.
