6322003 - ITB KLH Humidification for OR Handling Unit - Mechanical Contractor Services

PROJECT INFORMATION1. The project involves the upgrade of the existing Make-Up Air Unit-1 Air handling unit serving the operating rooms through the supply and installation of a mechanical humidification system to meet CSA Z317.2 and applicable codes and standards. Work includes installation of a packaged humidifier unit, modifications to existing ductwork, domestic cold water and condensate piping, heat tracing and insulation, structural roof supports and roofing reinstatement, electrical power and distribution, integration with the existing Delta DDC controls system, removal of redundant equipment, and all associated tie-ins. The Contractor shall provide testing, balancing, startup, commissioning, and documentation, while maintaining operation of existing HVAC systems except for planned shutdowns required for installation and commissioning.2.
