This Invitation to Tender (the “ITT”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the Municipality of Port Hope (the “Municipality”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Fire Alarm System Replacement, as further described in the ITT Particulars section. BUY ONTARIO In accordance with the Province of Ontario’s new Municipal Buy Ontario Directive, the Municipality is committed to supporting the Canadian economy by prioritizing Ontario and Canadian content where required. This directive introduces additional obligations during the procurement process for designated capital infrastructure acquisitions. When a procurement falls within the scope of the directive and is not exempt, the Municipality is required to ensure full compliance with all applicable Buy Ontario requirements.
