About this RFP

Metro Vancouver is seeking a consultant to develop a 2025 emissions inventory for health-harming air contaminants and greenhouse gases (GHG) from on-road motor vehicles operating in the Metro Vancouver region and the Fraser Valley Regional District. The consultant will also provide a tool so that Metro Vancouver can calculate on- road GHG emissions annually, as well as a recommendation for developing an emissions backcast to 2000 in 5-year increments.
