About this RFP

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the Town of Newmarket (the “Owner”) to prospective Respondents to qualify in accordance with the evaluation of responses in Part II for eligibility to provide Consulting Engineering Services on a when and as needed basis as further described in Part IV of the RFP Particulars being (the “Deliverables”). In accordance with Section 3.6, this RFP is non-binding. This RFP is intended to result in a “Roster” of qualified and responsible respondents. As of March 24th, 2025 the Town of Newmarket has adopted a prefer Canadian Supplier policy.
