About this RFP

The Agency is seeking to renew the established Vendor of Record (VOR) Arrangement and award Vendor(s) with expertise in providing researching services to support the needs of the Agency. If you are already a VOR do not re-submit. The current VOR Arrangement and established pricing shall apply.Should the Agency receive a Bidder Submission that is subsequently found to be from a Bidder that is already a VOR, the Agency reserves the right to reject the Bidder Submission as non-compliant and give it no further consideration for contract refresh award.The bid document is posted https://peelregion.bidsandtenders.ca. This procurement is issued in accordance with the terms of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement(CETA), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and other applicable trade agreements.
