27R05 - Office Furniture

York Region District School Board is seeking Proposals for the supply, delivery and installation of Office Furniture. The objective of this proposal is to establish a contractual relationship with a Vendor or Vendors that will assist the Board obtain pricing that covers both New Construction Projects and Existing School Replacements on an as-required basis. Design layouts will also be required to visualize the flow in the space provided. This relationship will allow the Board to ensure that we are purchasing quality service at a competitive price, while improving management reporting and reducing material and administrative costs.Proponents are hereby invited to bid the lowest net prices, including all delivery charges for which the Proponent is prepared to furnish the goods requested herein, in accordance with the guidelines expressed in the enclosed document.
