The successful proponent shall provide a secure, configurable, and user-friendly solution that supports clinical documentation, patient management, scheduling, communication, reporting, quality improvement, and the opportunity to integrate with partner health systems. The proposed solution must improve clinical workflow, support collaborative care, and allow the Community Paramedicine program to expand as service volumes increase.The successful proponent shall provide all software licensing, implementation services, training, technical support, maintenance, documentation, upgrades, and ongoing customer support throughout the contract term.
