About this RFP

The intent of this Request for Quotation (“RFQ”) is to obtain Quotations to supply and delivery of janitorial equipment on an “as and when required. The issue of these documents does not confer any licence or grant for any other purpose.The City intends to place an initial order included in Attachment A: Product and Price Sheet immediately following contract award. The successful Contractor should ensure that this initial order is delivered no later than the dates indicated on the pricing sheet. One order to deliver no later than November 1, 2026 and no sooner than October 15th, 2026, and the second order to delivery by November 20th, 2026.All subsequent orders will be placed on an “as and when requested” basis, with quantities and delivery schedules to be provided at the time of each order.
