2026139 - Land Disposition Program - Housing Accelerator Fund (HAF)

The purpose of this RFP is to identify a qualified non-profit, charity, developer or development partnership team capable of delivering affordable housing at 23-31 Plymouth Road. This RFP is issued under the City’s Housing Accelerator Fund (HAF) Action Plan, Affordable Housing Strategy and Accessibility Strategy, in alignment with Council priorities. The City has entered a HAF agreement with the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC), committing to implement a Land Disposition Program and maximize residential density with at the site.Participation Requirements:Open to registered non-profits and charities with experience in providing housing, developers in partnership with Non-profit housing providers.Private developers may participate in formal partnerships with a non-profit or charity retaining long-term ownership or operational control. The Terms and Provisions of the Public Procurement Act, SNL 2016 c. P-41.001 as amended and Regulations do not apply to this Request for Proposals
