The Regional Municipality of Peel on behalf of Peel Housing Corporation o/a Peel Living requires the services for Interior Stair Handrails adn Railings Remediation And Associted Works At Middleton Way. This requirement is further detailed below and in the RFT tender document 2026-524T:Selective demolition of existing balusters, posts and extruded PVC handrail covers.Supply and installation of new steel Newell posts, baseplates, anchors, fasteners and support brackets to reinforce existing stair railings.Refasten existing loose balusters.Refasten existing loose wall brackets for handrails, including handrails to the basement.Reinstate extruded PVC handrail cover.Painting and finishing of new and affected metal components.Shop prime and finish steel components.Make good adjacent finishes. All affected walls shall be painted in SW1108 Fragile Beauty in eggshell finish
