This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kawartha Lakes (the “City” or “Kawartha Lakes”) to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for RFP 2026-088-CP for the Preparation of a New Official Plan, for the provision of all design, labour, equipment and materials necessary, as further described in Appendix C of the RFP Particulars.Kawartha Lakes is seeking a qualified consulting team to undertake the technical analysis, policy development, and engagement required to prepare a new Official Plan. Kawartha Lakes is not seeking a generic “off-the-shelf” document, but an Official Plan that reflects the unique rural, environmental, and community context of the municipality.
