About this RFP

The Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) is seeking to establish a Vendor of Record (VOR) roster for Real Estate Appraisal Services on an as-required basis. The successful proponents will provide independent, professional, and defensible appraisal and valuation services to support TRCA's land acquisition, disposition, leasing, conservation, and land management activities throughout its jurisdiction.Services may include letters of opinion, market rent determinations, ecological gifts appraisals, ecosystem compensation valuations, short and full narrative appraisal reports, appraisal peer reviews, consulting services, valuation updates, and other specialized real estate advisory services. Vendors must be capable of completing assignments in accordance with CUSPAP standards, applicable legislation, and TRCA-specific requirements, including adherence to TRCA's Terms of Reference for disposition-related appraisals.Assignments may involve urban, rural, agricultural, and environmentally sensitive properties and will be awarded on an as-needed basis. TRCA reserves the right to rotate work among qualified VOR vendors and does not guarantee any minimum volume of work.
