About this RFP

The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to secure Proposals from qualified Consultants to Provide roofing consulting services including design, technical procurement support, contract administration, and field review on an as-and-when-required basis. The first project awarded under this RFP is for the re-roofing of select roof areas at Beban Complex, located at 2300 Bowen Road, in Nanaimo.The full scope of services is described in Section 5.This Request for Proposal is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (Chapter 5), and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (Chapter 19).
