About this RFP

This RFSQ (VOR) is open to all that are qualified and experienced to act as the Vendor of Record (VOR) to perform the supply and installation of automatic lubrications systems on City owned fleet and equipment, including but not limited to; waste collection trucks, backhoe loaders, street sweepers, sidewalk tractors, graders, hydrovac trucks and vocational tandem axle plow and dump trucks, as part of the City’s preventative maintenance program, as described in B.1 Deliverables as the “Work”, for the term of this contract. All those interested in qualifying must meet all the conditions and requirements as detailed in this document.
