This Request for Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the Township of East Zorra-Tavistock (“East Zorra-Tavistock ”) to prospective Bidders to submit bids for the realignment of a portion of the Tavistock Drain 1979, located at 47 Hope Street East. The work consists of 127m of HDPE pipe (95m of 750mm dia. and 32m of 375mm dia.), four (4) new structures, and removal of the existing pipe and structures, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
