About this RFP

The Township of Tyendinaga is inviting proposals from qualified and experienced organizations to provide all labour, materials, equipment, supervision, design, engineering (if required), project management, and construction services necessary to complete the Design-Build Multi-Sport Court Project located at the Tyendinaga Township Recreation Complex, 363 McFarlane Road, Shannonville, Ontario, as specified in Section 4 – Project Requirements of this RFP.The project is funded solely through the Ontario Trillium Foundation Capital Grant Program with a total budget of $198,400 and will redevelop the existing tennis court facility into a multi-sport recreation space that supports inclusive and accessible recreational opportunities for Township residents.
