RFPQ-2026-187 - SaaS Laboratory Information Management System

The City of London (the “City”) is issuing this Request for Pre-Qualifications (“RFPQ”) to identify and establish a list of Qualified Respondents capable of providing a hosted SaaS Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) software solution, including implementation, configuration, training, and ongoing support services.The City operates an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory performing 21 accredited methods for water and wastewater analysis serving internal clients only.The City anticipates procuring a modern, scalable LIMS platform to support laboratory operations, including sample tracking, analysis workflows, reporting, quality control, and integration with laboratory instruments and enterprise systems.This RFPQ is intended to pre-qualify vendors for a future procurement process (Second-Stage Process). The anticipated engagement includes annual subscription-based hosted software services, one-time implementation and training, and ongoing system support. A vendor if successful will be considered qualified for the duration of the procurement process.
