About this RFP

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the Town of Newmarket (the “Owner”) to prospective Proponents to qualify in accordance with the evaluation of responses in Part II for eligibility to provide consulting services associated with the design, assessment, maintenance, rehabilitation, replacement, construction administration, inspection and lifecycle management of Town-owned bridges, pedestrian bridges, culverts, retaining structures and other related structural assets as further described in Part IV of the RFP Particulars being (the “Deliverables”). In accordance with Section 3.6, this RFP is non-binding. This RFP is intended to result in a “Roster” of qualified and responsible proponents. As of March 24th 2025 the Town of Newmarket has adopted a prefer Canadian Supplier policy.
