About this RFP

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the Town of Newmarket (the “Owner”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Measure, Supply & Deliver of Bunker Gear for Central York Fire Services as further described in Part IV of the RFP Particulars being (the “Deliverables”). In accordance with Section 3.6, this RFP is non-binding. Proponent(s) that have advanced from Stage V will be short listed and invited to submit four (4) complete made-to-measure bunker gear suits, consisting of the basic bunker gear and Owner’s selected additional/unique features, if applicable (non-returnable) for field testing. Proponents should reference Part 2 regarding the evaluation process. As of March 24th 2025 the Town of Newmarket has adopted a prefer Canadian Supplier policy.
