About this RFP

The Corporation of City of Mississauga is seeking submissions from qualified General Contractors interested in providing construction services for the replacement of the sports dome at the Mississauga Sports and Entertainment Centre (“MSEC”). The successful General Contractor will be responsible for the complete execution and delivery of the sports dome replacement project, including the demolition and removal of the existing air supported structure and associated components, the supply and install of the new sports dome, and the coordination and integration of all related mechanical, electrical, structural, life-safety, and site work required to deliver a fully functional facility. The scope also includes the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a new 580 kW emergency generator.
