The Work includes but is not limited to, the supply of all labour, materials, equipment and services necessary to complete the Work as shown or as inferred by the Contract Documents. In general, the main items of work covered by this Contract include but are not limited to the following: .1 ~5,013m of 2,400mm diameter sanitary sewer along Queen Street North/South and Mississauga Road within a 3.6m finished diameter tunnel by Tunnel Boring Machine..2 ~697m of 1,200mm diameter sanitary sewer along Britannia Road West from the intersection of Mississauga Road to the Credit Valley River Crossing within a 1.5m mined diameter tunnel by Microtunnel Boring Machine Methods (MTBM)..3 Open Cut InstallationPREQUALIFIED GENERAL CONTRACTORSThe following Tunnel and Microtunnel Contractors have been prequalified for this project in accordance with the respective prequalification documents:Tunnel Contractors – Document No. 2025-225PQ:• Technicore Underground Ltd.• C&M McNally Engineering Corp.• Michels Canada Co.• Jay Dee Canada, ULC• McNally Construction Inc.• Southland Mole of CanadaMicrotunnel Contractors – Document No. 2024-098PQ:• Ward & Burke Microtunnelling.• Technicore Underground Ltd.• C & M McNally/Triad JV Corp.• Erritt Construction Ltd.• Bothar Inc.• Earth Boring Co. Any Bidder Submissions from Bidders not on these Prequalified Lists, as stated above, shall be deemed non-compliant and not considered for contract award.The bid document will be posted https://peelregion.bidsandtenders.ca when available.
