The City of Moncton and the City of Saint John wish to establish one or more a qualified and reliable Contractor(s) to transport bulk highway salt, in a timely fashion from the Nutrien Picadilly Mine in Sussex, New Brunswick to the City of Moncton Salt Storage Facility at 100 Worthington Ave, Moncton, NB, City of Saint John Salt Storage Facilities at 525 McAllister Drive and 406 Bay Street, Saint John.
