City of Prince George (the “City”) invites bids from qualified and experience Contractors to provide all labour, materials, equipment, and services necessary to remove and replace the existing roofs at the Connaught Youth Centre (CYC), Kin Atrium, and Kin 3 Changeroom buildings.Funding for the project has been approved through the 2026 Capital Budget AAP funding. The City anticipates awarding the Contract in late 2026, with construction scheduled to take place in 2027.This solicitation may lead to sequential or concurrent negotiations with one or more Bidders offering the lowest bid(s), or to the creation of a Contract without negotiations.
