2026-22-2026 - Request for Tender - Snow and Ice Control (SNIC) Services

SCOPE OF WORKWork Included The City is seeking experienced and qualified contractors with proven ability to perform Snow and Ice Control Services within the roadway network that the City of Cold Lake maintains, on an “as and when” required basis. The Goods and Services (“work”) include without limitation the supply and delivery of material, the provision of skilled labour and equipment to provide the Goods and perform the Services and other requirements as requested by the City. The work generally consists of, but may not be limited to, the following areas within Cold Lake: Cold Lake South Downtown District - These roads total approximately 3 kilometers in length. These roadways are illustrated with solid red lines in Appendix D - Snow Removal and Winter Road Maintenance Policy Number 103-OP-08.;Cold Lake South Arterials - These roads total approximately 3 kilometers in length. These roadways are illustrated with solid blue lines in Appendix D - Snow Removal and Winter Road Maintenance Policy Number 103-OP-08.;Cold Lake North Arterials - These roads total approximately 3 kilometers in length. These roadways are illustrated with solid blue lines in Appendix D - Snow Removal and Winter Road Maintenance Policy Number 103-OP-08.;Cold Lake North Lakeshore Drive - These roads total approximately 1.5 kilometers in length. These roadways are illustrated with a broken blue line in Appendix D - Snow Removal and Winter Road Maintenance Policy Number 103-OP-08.;Cold Lake North - These roads total approximately 40 kilometers in length. These roadways are illustrated in Appendix D - Snow Removal and Winter Road Maintenance Policy Number 103-OP-08.;
