2026-029 - Storm Water Management Master Plan Update

This RFP is for professional engineering services to update the existing Stormwater Master Plan (SWMP) for the urban area of Rockland and to prepare new Stormwater Master Plans for the City's other villages. The work includes the collection and review of background data, hydrologic and hydraulic modelling, assessment of existing stormwater infrastructure, identification of system deficiencies and risks, development and evaluation of servicing alternatives, and preparation of costed, phased implementation plans and final SWMP reports.The City of Clarence-Rockland has identified the need for an English-only, AODA-compliant Stormwater Master Plan Update for Rockland and new Stormwater Master Plans for the villages identified in Appendix B. The assignment includes the preparation of associated technical memoranda, mapping, and digital model/data deliverables (PCSWMM and GIS). All submissions, reports, presentations, and deliverables shall be prepared in English.
