About this RFP

The United Counties of Leeds and Grenville (the owner), owns 18 multi-residential and 177 family rent-geared-to-income buildings located throughout Leeds Grenville. We invite respondents to participate in the Request for Quotation for the provision painting services for vacant housing units, including full repainting, partial repainting and touch-up work as required throughout the contract term. Only the successful bidder will be required to provide a $1000.00 certified cheque, payable to the Treasurer, Corporation of the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville, which will be held as a performance bond until the end of the contract period.
