About this RFP

The Municipality of the County of Kings invites qualified Bidders to submit lump-sum pricing and availability to upgrade the interior service roadways (roadways) at the Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant (RSTP).The work consists of smoothing/grading the existing interior roadways between the five (5) lagoon cells (four (4) interior roadways in total), placing imported clay in isolated low or wet areas, installing, and compacting Type 2 base gravel, and final grading. All work must be completed in Fall 2026, prior to freezing conditions, so that the upgrades are complete on or before December 1, 2026.
