The City is seeking Proposals from Contractors to be prequalified to bid on the reconstruction of Macdonell Street (Woolwich Street/Wellington Street to Norfolk Street), which is Phase 2, Part A of the Downtown Infrastructure Renewal Program (DTIRP).Requirement of prequalification includes active, ongoing participation in a Construction Review Panel (CRP) as outlined in the RFPQ documents.
