2026-40-RFP - Griesbach Townhouse Development Progressive Design-Build

Confirmation of Intent to Respond must be sent to: [email protected] by September 29, 2026.Civida is seeking a qualified Progressive Design-Builder to lead Phase 1 development of the Griesbach Townhouse Development. The Project is intended to deliver affordable housing and is currently contemplated as an approximately 102-unit townhouse development. The final unit count will be confirmed through Phase 1 and will be subject to project feasibility, design optimization, funding requirements, approvals, site constraints, and confirmation from Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) and Canada Lands Company (CLC), as applicable. The successful Proponent will be expected to commence work immediately upon award in November 2026 and advance the design, Class B estimate and renderings by January 15, 2027, to support Civida's Affordable Housing Partnership Program (AHPP) submission.
