About this RFP

The County of Stearns (the “County”) is seeking written proposals from qualified vendors to provide review of emergency operations plans and training exercises with the following scopes of work: A) Review of EOP Plans, B) Medical Response Surge Exercise (MRSE), and C) Long-term care exercises in the box. This initiative is funded through the Hospital Preparedness Program (HPP) Grant. All work must be completed by June 1, 2027. This is a multiple-award RFP. We encourage vendors to apply for one or multiple scopes of work.
