Notice of Proposal Re-Issuance This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is a re-issuance of RFP No. LGL-03-2026, originally issued on December 4, 2025. The Municipality has cancelled the previous solicitation and is issuing this RFP as a new procurement process. Proponents must review this document in full and submit a Proposal in accordance with the requirements, submission instructions, and deadlines set out in this re-issued RFP. Proposals submitted in response to the previous RFP may be considered upon contact with the Municipality's Procurement Specialist, Ashley Gaffan [email protected] The Municipality is seeking experienced qualified firms or individuals for the provision of Hearing Officer Services to review decisions made by Screening Officers concerning municipal by-law penalties issued under the Municipality's Administrative Penalty System (APS), or a one (1) year term with the possibility of renewal upon mutual agreement.
