About this RFP

Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) is seeking quotations from qualified contractors to provide winter grounds maintenance services at various TRCA locations during the 2026–2027 winter season.The Work includes monthly and on-call snow clearing, de-icing and related winter maintenance services, as specified for each location in the RFQ documents and applicable Site Maps.The locations are organized into three Geographic Zones: West, Central and East. Bidders may submit pricing for one or more zones. TRCA intends to award the Work by Geographic Zone.
