PRE-QUALIFATION NOTICEWATERHEN LAKE NEW SCHOOL CIVIL UNDERGROUNDS AND SITE DEVELOPMENT This Request to Pre-Qualify (RTP) serves to pre-qualify general contractors that have the ability and interest to act as Prime Contractors for the construction of the New School Civil Undergrounds and Site Development (Project) for Waterhen Lake First Nation (WaLFN) located on Waterhen Lake I.R. No. 130. The proposed scope of work is generally listed below but may be increased, decreased, or modified in the Bid Documents subsequently issued to the prequalified General Contractors. The Waterhen School Building Construction is by Others.Construction of approximately 2.0 km of new gravity sewer main, 2.3 km of pressurized water main, service connections, and tie ins to the existing water treatment plant (WTP) and sewage pump station (SPS).Construction of 2.3 km pedestrian/maintenance gravel pathway over the water/sewer line and through the utility corridor. Associated school site development including new access road, gravel parking lot, and grading/drainage to subgrade elevation. Repair of defects during the warranty period. Emails shall be directed to Neilie Smith, P.Eng. Electronic pre-qualification submissions from Respondents will be received until 2:00:00 p.m. local time on Thursday October 29, 2026. Submissions shall be emailed to saskatoon.reception@aecom.com. Submissions received in hardcopy format or through an alternative email address will not be accepted.Successfully pre-qualified Respondents may be invited to submit a Bid in a subsequent and separate process and, if successful, enter into a Contract directly with WaLFN for work related to the Waterhen Lake New School Civil Undergrounds or School Site Development either as one contract or separate contracts through multiple Bid periods. The combined value of all civil work is currently estimated at $6M.Only the forms provided in this pre-qualification package will be considered during the Engineer’s review of the Respondent’s submission. Additional information submitted, or multiple forms where not requested, will not be considered during the evaluation.
