About this RFP

The United Counties of Prescott and Russell (UCPR), in partnership with the Township of Russell, are seeking the services of a qualified consulting engineering firm to provide detailed engineering design and contract administration services for the conversion of two existing stop-controlled intersections to signalized intersections, including associated roadway improvements, at the intersections of Concession Street and Castor Street, and Concession Street and Craig Street, within the Township of Russell. The required engineering services and project deliverables are described in further detail throughout this Bid Request document.
