RFPQ2026-1-Category 6 -Electrical Engineering Streetlighting - Engineering, Planning and Professional Consulting Services Roster

This Request for Pre-Qualifications (“RFPQ”) is an invitation by the Municipality of Clarington (Municipality) to prospective respondents (each a “Respondent”) to submit a response (each a “Response”) to qualify for eligibility for inclusion on a (the “Roster”) for the Municipality as further described in RFPQ2026-1.The Municipality of Clarington’s objective is to conduct a fair, open and transparent prequalification process providing for equitable treatment of Proponents, while maintaining a high standard of integrity throughout the process.This procurement is subject to the Canadian Fair-Trade Agreement (CFTA), the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) and the Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement (OQTCA) as this roster will potentially include roster assignments up to $250,000.Respondents are required to register and submit a separate Response for each respective roster category (“Roster Category”) bid opportunity in order to be considered.
