About this RFP

The Nanaimo Regional General Hospital (NRGH) Chiller Optimization Project involves the reconfiguration of the existing heating, cooling, and energy recovery systems at Nanaimo Regional General Hospital, located at 1200 Dufferin Crescent, Nanaimo, BC V9S 2B7, through the implementation of a Thermal Gradient Header.The project includes revisions to the existing central plant hydronic piping, installation of new pumps to serve the reconfigured systems, and installation of two new heat recovery chillers. To support the additional mechanical loads, the central plant electrical infrastructure will also be upgraded to provide new Normal and Delayed Vital panels and associated electrical distribution.
