About this RFP

The Owner’s Representative is inviting Bids from qualified Bidders to provide goods and services (the “Work”) The Work generally consists of erosion and slope stabilization measures along East Highland Creek near Ellesmere Road in Scarborough, including repair and replacement of existing erosion protection and armourstone retaining features. The Work includes construction of a temporary cofferdam and associated in-water works, stabilization of the creek bank and storm outlet, installation of required erosion and sediment controls, and restoration of disturbed areas. Participation in this RFT solicitation is subject to successful prequalification under RFPQ No. 10045110 – Request for Prequalification for Erosion Control, Slope Stabilization and Infrastructure Construction Works.
