RFT-2026-239 - Snow Removal and Winter Maintenance for Transit Stops and One (1) Parking Lot

The Town of Orangeville is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide winter maintenance services for Town-designated transit stops, shelters, transfer points, accessible boarding areas, and one designated parking lot.The successful contractor will provide all labour, equipment, materials, supervision, and incidentals required for snow clearing, ice control, sanding/salting, windrow removal, and related winter maintenance services. Work will be performed on an as-required basis in response to winter weather conditions, with a focus on maintaining safe, accessible, and operational facilities for transit passengers, pedestrians, persons using mobility devices, motorists, Town staff, and emergency services.The initial contract term is from award through April 30, 2027, with the Town retaining the option to renew for up to four additional one-year winter seasons.
