About this RFP

The United Counties of Prescott and Russell, in partnership with the City of Clarence-Rockland, invite qualified consulting firms to submit proposals for the provision of professional engineering services to complete the detailed design for the widening of County Road 17. The project limits extend from Canaan Road at the City of Ottawa boundary to County Road 8, also known as Landry Road or Old Highway 17. The proposed works involve the widening of the existing undivided two-lane roadway to a divided four-lane roadway, as further described in this Bid Request document.
