About this RFP

The Agency is seeking to establish a Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement with Vendor(s) who are Certified ServiceNow Partners that possess demonstrated expertise in providing implementation, advisory, integration, optimization, managed services, and ongoing professional support services for the ServiceNow platform.Term of VOR ArrangementThe successful Vendors of the VOR Arrangement will be awarded a Contract for one 12-month period (the “Contract Term”) commencing December 1, 2026. The Agency reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to extend this Contract for two optional 12-month period (the “Extension Term(s)”).This procurement is issued in accordance with the terms of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and other applicable trade agreements.
