2026-25 - Well Water Line Replacement

This request for proposal (the “RFP”) by the Corporation of the Town of Cochrane (the “Town”) invites proposals from qualified Bidders (the “Bidder”) to provide design-build proposals to replace the deteriorating water line from the municipal wells to the Water Plant Road. The approximate lengths of pipe to be replaced are as follows:110 m of 150mm diameter (assumed to be cast iron) pipe125 m of 250mm diameter cast iron pipe40m of 300mm diameter PVC pipeThe exact quantities are to be confirmed during the design phase of this RFP. The successful Proponent shall be responsible for all design, engineering, fabrication, supply, construction, and associated works necessary to complete the selected scope in accordance with the Contract Documents and applicable standards. A detailed description of the required work is provided in Section 6 – Scope of Work and Specifications.
