About this RFP

The purpose of this RFP is to identify and select a qualified service provider to support the City of Barrie’s participation in CFR credit generation, management, and compliance activities. The successful proponent will deliver a comprehensive, end-to-end solution, including program eligibility assessment, registration, account management with the CFR Credit and Tracking System (“CATS”), compliance reporting and monitoring, coordination of third-party verification, and monetization of credits through the CFR marketplace. Services will be provided at no upfront cost to the City of Barrie, with compensation structured through a revenue-sharing arrangement derived from credit sales. * Electronic Submissions Only.
