2026-Q-148 - Topographic Survey and Level C SUE for Steele St Class EA

This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for Topographic Survey and Level C SUE for Steele St. Class EA , as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The Niagara Region is seeking a qualified firm to carry out a topographical survey to collect all topographic information within the study area extents.The primary objective of this undertaking is to identify the location of all surface and underground features to be used as the base plan and profile for the Class Environmental Assessment and subsequent design. The topographical survey shall be accompanied by a Quality Level C Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) investigation, in accordance with ASCE 38-02. A Quality Level B SUE investigation is included as a provisional item (Fee Schedule Item 2.1). This RFQ is being issued to all of the Successful Roster Listing developed from contract 2024-RFSQ-157 specifically Category 3.
