26-T47 - Supply of Tractor Mounted Backhoe

This tender calls for Supplier(s) to provide tractor mounted backhoe(s)/tractor mounted hoe ram(s) or tractor mounted backhoe and hoe ram complete with qualified operator(s), to work in various sections within the City of Cornwall. Work may take place anywhere within the boundaries of the City of Cornwall and will be on an “as required” basis and as indicated in the tender specifications.The City reserves the right to call for competitive bids on specific projects that may include equipment listed in this tender. Accepted bidders shall have no recourse to claim compensation in these instances.Rates:The City of Cornwall set the rates for the Tractor Mounted Backhoe, Hoe Ram andthe Combo unit of Tractor Mounted Backhoe with Hoe Ram listed in Items 1 through 4. All items must come complete with a qualified operator.Rates are as follows:Tractor Mounted Backhoe complete with operator $90.00 per hour.Tractor Mounted Hoe Ram complete with operator $110.00 per hour.Tractor Mounted Backhoe/Hoe Ram combo (1 unit) compete with operator $120.00 per hour.Roster Process for Each SectionA lottery for each section shall be drawn in an open meeting and scheduled 2 days after Tender closing date.
