About this RFP

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the Township of Cavan Monaghan (the “Township”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals from experienced and qualified contractors to complete the road construction, and municipal servicing work for the extension of Fallis Line in Millbrook as set out in Appendix 1. The Proposal must meet all the requirements outlined in this document. Should none of the Proposals be accepted, a re-issuance of the Requests for Proposal (RFP) may be possible.
