About this RFP
This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is an invitation by Halifax Regional Municipality (“HRM”) to prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to provide accessibility audits as further described in the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”). Successful respondents will, subject to the terms and conditions of this RFSQ, be added to HRM’s roster of qualified suppliers for the Deliverables (the “Qualified Supplier Roster”). Subject to the terms and conditions of this RFSQ, only successful respondents to this RFSQ (“Qualified Suppliers”) will be eligible to provide such Deliverables to HRM. This RFSQ shall be in effect until the “RFSQ Termination Date” set forth in section 1.3. HRM reserves the right to extend the duration of this RFSQ for up to two (2) additional years.

- 9Conflict of Interest Declaration: Statement confirming no conflicts exist
- 10Specific Requirements: Any specific requirements mentioned in the RFP description above
