4364 - Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment Sales and Services

The City is seeking a Distributer of ChargePoint-brand Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE). The existing EVSE network consists of 18 units supporting either fleet or public use, with public-facing EVSE subject to Electric Vehicle Recharging Bylaw 2024 No. 7365. The Agreement resulting from this RFP will be used to replace EVSE, expand the EVSE network, acquire accessories, and maintain warranty and networking services – on an ‘as-and-when-required’ basis. Installation services may be requested through the duration of this Agreement however is not guaranteed. This Agreement is primarily for the supply of goods.The City does not guarantee any minimum purchase volume, quantity, or value under the Agreement.Please refer to Section 5.0 for further details.This Request for Proposal is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (Chapter 5), and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (Chapter 19).
